He will be based in Singapore and report to Mahesh Kini, Global Head of Cash Management.<\/p><p>The role consolidates the bank\u2019s Collections, Clearing and Payments teams into a single organization, reflecting growing client demand for end-to-end solutions across both traditional and on-chain payment flows.<\/p><p>Mallela joins from JP Morgan, where he was co-head of\u00a0Kinexys, the bank\u2019s permissioned blockchain unit focused on real time cross border payments and digital asset settlement.
